Foundations for the Year Ahead Series

A 4-week series beginning Friday, January 23rd with Jessica O'Leary






An intentional movement series designed to help students establish consistency, clarity and strength as you move into the new year!


The journey begins with a guided vision board workshop on 1/17 from 11-1pm (register separately), followed by a basic yoga foundations series that builds each week.


Perfect for beginners, anyone new to yoga or simply seeking a deeper mind-body connection.
