Have you been hearing all the buzz about strength training with Michelle? Join Michelle’s 6 week fitness class to gain all the benefits of resistance training. You will learn how building muscle supports your overall health, mobility and longevity. Each class will focus on building strength, balance and core stability using free weights, resistance bands and bodyweight. Each workout will focus on mobility, full body strength training and functional exercises with the goal of building strength. Let’s get stronger together in a fun and supportive class!
