Gentle Beginner Yoga

Join us every Saturday in February for Seva Slow Flow Series, a blended yoga experience where Eastern wisdom meets Western movement. This gently energizing class combines mindful alignment, breath awareness, and intentional flow to nurture body, mind, and heart in a way that supports both your inner soul and our local community.


Each session is offered with service in mind: 20% of all proceeds will be donated to a local nonprofit partner doing good work right here in our region. Past and potential beneficiaries include:

  • Plymouth Area Community Closet Food Pantry, a local pantry serving neighbors in need.

  • Bridge House, a shelter supporting individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.

  • Circle Program, empowering youth through mentorship and life skills.


This class is for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or deep into your practice, you’re welcome to move with intention, deepen presence, and give back with every breath. We’ll flow with heart and purpose, creating space to support healing within ourselves and in the world around us.
