Join Satya Yoga instructor Jennie Ntourntourekas for the special practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra also known as 'Yogic sleep", is a guided meditation technique that promotes a deep sense of relaxation for both the body and the mind.
This practice has been found to reduce tension and anxiety along with cultivating a deep level of well being and relaxation.
During this 90 min class you will be guided, supported and nurtured the entire time with pranayama (breath work), restorative postures and the deep relaxation technique of yoga nidra. This practice is suitable for all and primarily practiced laying down, so please bring any props that you might have to make this experience comfortable.
Suggested props would be, bolster, 2 blankets, blocks, eye pillow and a pillow for your head.
