Join this unique combination class to benefit your health and wellbeing.
This class will meet in studio or live stream for 8 sessions, twice a week for the month of January. Each class will be 45-60min long and will include yoga postures, resistance training using our own body and weights along with mindfulness practices.
This class is designed for all levels. Explicit instruction will be given so we can practice safely and correctly.
Weights are not included. Participants must bring their own weights for the class. Recommended 3 -5 lbs.

Join Satya's Jennie Ntourntourekas for this special holiday Yoga Nidra Class. It has been quite a year and we ALL can benefit from this special Yoga Nidra Class. Find a cozy spot either at your home or in the studio and get ready to be supported in the sweetest way. This practice will leave you with a sense of peace and calm. Yoga Nidra also know as "yogic sleep", is a guided meditation technique that promotes a deep sense of relaxation for both the body and the mind. This special practice has been found to reduce tension and anxiety along with cultivating a deep level of well-being and relaxation.
During this 90 min class you will be guided, supported and nurtured the entire time with pranayama(breath work), restorative postures and the deep relaxation technique of Yoga Nidra. This practice is suitable for all levels. It is a perfect class to join this holiday season. Suggested props: bolster, 2 blankets, blocks, eye pillow and a pillow for your head.
