Strong women lift each other up. Have you thought about strength training but felt lost on how to begin? This workshop series will educate you on the profound benefits of strength training for women over 40. Lifting weights doesn’t have to happen in a gym. Michelle will teach you how to strength train at home with minimal equipment. You will leave the workshop with effective exercises that you can use on your own at home to become a stronger and more functional mover in your daily life.
